Hi,

I plan a MANOVA design with three dependent variables, 10 independent
dichotom (+/-) between-subject variables and one independent dichotom
(+/-) within-subject (repeated measurement) varibale. I am only
interesed in the main effects of the 10+1 independent varibales and in
the interaction of each of the 10 between subject independent
variables with the within subject independent variable. I am not
interested in any other simple or higher order interaction. How many
subjects do I need when I do restrict the model as mentioned and want
to ensure a pover of 90 and do expect a moderate effect of at öeast
0.30?

beliefs represents Sin. More importantly, leftism is a totalitarian
force because of the leftists' drive for power. The leftist seeks to
satisfy his need for power through identification with a social
movement and he tries to go through the power process by helping to
pursue and attain the goals of the movement (see paragraph 83). But no
matter how far the movement has gone in attaining its goals the
leftist is never satisfied, because his activism is a surrogate
activity (see paragraph 41). That is, the leftist's real motive is not
to attain the ostensible goals of leftism; in reality he is motivated
by the sense of power he gets from strugg
